Our client is a stable Quasi-Governmental Body undergoing transformation. They are now hiring a seasoned HR Business Partner to join as part of the team to manage upcoming HR projects and initiatives.
About The Role
In this role, you will lead a small team and be the internal HR advisor providing 1st tier service to management team and employees. You will perform full spectrum of HR functions for the designated business unit. You will take the lead in driving various HR initiatives from employee surveys, organisation restructure, manpower planning, performance management, talent management to employer branding.
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines, with 10+ years HR account servicing experience acquired from sizeable organisations (experience working for quasi-governmental bodies highly regarded). You will come with strong stakeholders management and influencing skills, also an all-round HR practitioner who can manage multiple projects with a detail-mind. You will also be a people-oriented individual who can build an effective work relationship with al level of staff. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese required for this role, immediately available candidates highly regarded.
