Our client is a renowed retail bank with strong market penetration. They are hiring a HR Business Partner (recruitment focus) with 6+ years experience to join as an addition to the HR team.
About The Role
Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, you will be supporting the Retail Banking business unit on recruitment, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and more. You will provide strategic guidance and HR thought leadership to all levels of the organisation, provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to line managers and employees and proactively provide solution when employee relations issues arise. The HR team is under CoE setting, whereby this HR Business Partner will be expected to work closely with Learning & Development, Compensation & Operations teams to inform design and and implementation of people programmes.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 6+ years experience working for sizeable and fast paced organisation(s), retail banking experience highly regarded. You will work well under pressure and tight deadlines, whilst demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make thoughtful decisions. Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation will help excel in this role. English and Chinese will be required for this role, and immediate available candidates will be highly regarded. This role pays up to HKD60k per month with attractive benefits.
