A leading player in the hospitality industry has an exciting opportunity for an HR Communications Manager to join their Internal Communications and Employee Engagement team. This is an exciting role to support the engagement, retention and employee experience across the business.
About The Role
In this role, you will take lead on specific HR communication initiatives and projects, aiming to unite and excite the workforce and help give employees an excellent experience - you will help drive successful execution of the business' internal communication strategy to support business goals and people priorities. You will work closely with people leaders to communicate key messages in ways that inspire, motivate and connect the mass population across the business; develop coordinated, effective and measured communication messages and campaigns to inspire colleagues to deliver on strategic goals. You will also form productive business partnerships with key stakeholders to support the successful execution of projects.
As the ideal candidate, you will need a strong track record of experience within HR/ Internal Communications, and will be able to demonstrate how you've been able to work effectively within change communications and able to manage relationships at a senior leader level. You will come with an in-depth understanding of HR communications processes and methodologies, as well as how to utilise creative and multi-channel internal communications techniques, also comes with excellent writing skills including the ability to tailor to the audience and to adapt brand tone/style.
