Our client is a well-established global marketing company with specialisation in the consumer sector. To upskill the HR function, they are looking for an energetic and positive member to join the senior management team.
About the Role
Reporting to the senior executive management team in HK and Europe, you will lead the HR function in the Asia Pacific region with around 150 employees across different offices. Leading a small efficient team, you will be the business partner to the COO and be the key driver in embracing the company's unique culture. One of your main tasks will be driving optimal business efficiency. You will be responsible in managing the company wide engagement plan and strategy. You will implement initiatives in employee engagement area through various channels such as staff activities, internal communications, employment engagement survey.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related disciplines, with 15+ years HR Business Partnering experience with a focus in employee engagement from multinational organisations. You will demonstrate a high awareness to latest market development in employment practices and employee relations, HR practices, methodology and processes, also demonstrate strong interpersonal and communications skills influencing stakeholders within the matrix organisation. High proficiency in written & spoken English and Chinese will be required for this role.
