About The Client
Our client is a US Pharmaceutical company with global presence. Due to recent expansion, they are now seeking for a seasoned HR Generalist with regional exposure to join the team.
About the Role
- Provide a full spectrum of HR generalist duties including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation & benefits and staff engagement
- Assist end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, conducting interviews and staff on-boarding
- Work closely with payroll vendors on data consolidation and checking across multiple countries
- Responsible for the Office Administration initiatives and supervise a junior staff on general administration duties
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- 7+ years related HR Generalist experience
- Prior HR experience gained from MNCs is a MUST, regional exposure would be a plus
- Strong attention to detail and result-oriented
- Able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
