Our client is a multinational electronic component group with offices all over the world. To facilitate the expansion plan in the Asia Pacific, they are hiring an HR & Admin Manager to oversee the daily HR operations and provide HR strategies to the top management.
About The Role
Reporting to the GM, you are responsible for the full spectrum of HR matters including but not limited to talent acquisition, C&B operation and strategies, HR policy and procedure development, employee relation and HRIS maintenance. Besides, you will provide directions for the HR function to meet the business goal and needs. Moreover, you will be representing the Hong Kong HR function to liaise with the top management and various line managers to ensure all initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
The successful Applicant
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in HR Management or business-related disciplines, with a minimum of 8 years' working experience in HR. With regional experience or experience gained in SME will be an advantage. You should be independent, enthusiastic and multitasking. You should have good stakeholder management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office application is highly preferred. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
