Our client is a local conglomerate with diversified businesses in Hong Kong. Due to recent expansion into the Greater Bay Area, they are hiring a Recruitment Manager to help launch a series of recruitment projects across the region.
About The Role
Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and implementing different HR expansion programs across the Greater Bay Area. You will handle the end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing and assisting in remuneration proposal. Besides, You will act as a strategic recruitment partner to provide innovative sourcing solutions to attract young talents in China. You will formulate workflow, design promotion materials, and liaise with Universities on summer internship and graduate programs for Greater Bay Area. Last but not least, you will participate in various HR initiatives, development programs and different kinds of recruitment activities.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in HR Management or business related disciplines, with a minimum of 8 years working experience in Recruitment. Prior Recruitment experience for China market is essential. You will also have experience in organising MT, GT or Internship programs from sizeable companies. You should have tactful communications skills influencing business stakeholders, someone proactive and able to challenge status quo, also, with ability to drive new ideas. A good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin are required.
