HR Manager - All-rounded
About the Company
Our client is a Hong Kong based company and an industry leader in the health and fitness sector. To cope with their business expansion, they are now seeking for a passionate individual to join the team as HR Manager.
About the Role
You will directly report to the Managing Director and serve a population of 150 to 200. You will be responsible for handling a full spectrum of HR functions including payroll administration, compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee relations and training. You will develop and review the HR policy and procedure. You will analyse and generate various HR reports when required. You will also support and handle ad-hoc HR duties assigned by management.
The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines. You need to have minimum 5 years of solid HR generalist experience. Having worked in a fast-pace environment and industries such as retail, hospitality, F&B will be an advantage. You need to have good communication skills and a proactive attitude. Able to multi-task and work independently is essential. Proficiency in English and Chinese is a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
