About the Client
Our client is a well-known FMCG company, currently looking for a dynamic and fast-paced C&B Manager with hands-on experience in employee benefits, payroll, Oracle HRMS and other C&B annual exercises.
About the Role
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will be responsible in handling the full cycle of C&B matters including payroll calculation, staff movement, employee benefits, MPF administration and tax returns for Local and Expats employees. And you will also be involved with annual C&B projects, including salary review, performance management. You will be managing the HR system (Oracle), preparing HR reports and participating in C&B projects, revamp C&B policies and procedures, so to assist in process streamlining. Last, but not least, you will handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 8 years relevant experience, preferably from FMCG or Manufacturing industries, with knowledge on HR Employment Ordinance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, you should be fast paced and able to work under pressure. Also, it would be a big plus if you are proficient with Oracle System. With good command of in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
