About Our Client
​Our client is a long-standing retail and commercial bank in Hong Kong. As part of business expansion, they are looking for a seasoned C&B practitioner with 10+ years relevant experience acquired from a professional setting to join as part of the HR team, with focus around Rewards, Performance Management and Long-term incentive schemes.
About The Role
​Reporting into the Head of C&B, you will align the overall organisational objectives with the HR / C&B strategy, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders at various level across the Bank to influence outcomes and implement change programs. You will develop and lead the ongoing review of remuneration policies and practices ensuring the Group's approach is relevant and competitive; implement and refine a new organisational performance management process; provide consistent quality advice to members of the Executive team and leaders on remuneration, benefits, recognition and performance-related matters. You will also maintain thorough knowledge of the regulatory landscape, proactively making recommendations to Executive and Board on changes required to the Bank's superannuation plan, and design and monitor contemporary effective recognition frameworks.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Human Resources, Finance or a Business related field, with 10+ years relevant C&B experience acquired from a professional setting (ideally from Banks). You would demonstrate advanced consulting and advisory skills, alongside sound judgement and decision making ability. you will also adopt a flexible and commercial approach to resolving issues and be able to deal with ambiguity and solve problems as they arise.
