About our Client

Our client is a sizable corporation in Hong Kong, currently hiring a dynamic and fast paced Human Resources Manager for joining their HR Team, under their Employee engagement team for the business responsible for driving engagement initiative and corporate event management with the business,

About the Role

  • Responsible for driving corporate culture and changes in alignment to business objectives
  • Plan and implement employee engagement programs to promote internal corporate culture and maintain positive working environment
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to coordinate sizable corporate events including townhall meetings, annual activities and staff events
  • Coordinate and manage internal staff announcements
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with staff of all levels via different engagement activities
  • Provide analysis and post-staff engagement survey assessment for management review

The Successful Candidate

  • Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in Employee engagement, internal communication, corporate communication and events planning
  • Experience with HR Solutions in Consultancy Firm will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
