Our client is a private investment company that promotes employee well-being and work-life balance. They are now hiring a HR Manager who comes with 10+ years' all round Generalist experience and would support upcoming HR agendas within the business to enhance HR operations.
About The Role
Reporting into the HR Director, you will assume an all-round role supporting with all HR matters within the family office. You will develop and formulate HR strategies, initiatives, policies and programmes aligned with the overall business strategy; prepare and process company's payroll (for around 70 pax) in a timely and accurate matter; participate in performance management and salary review cycle processes, and monitor pay trend and periodic pay surveys as required. You will also support with recruitment and ad hoc reports/projects.
The ideal candidate will be a first degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines, with 10+ years' HR Generalist experience preferably acquired from financial services industry (family office experience a definite advantage). You will come with HR Generalist background (ideally with C&B focus) and the know-how on driving incentive and compensation schemes, also performance management framework. Working within a small office and lean team, you will be an independent individual with high sense of responsibility and integrity. You will also have strong communications skills liaising with different levels, and demonstrate the ability to multi-task and be hands-on. High proficiency in both English and Chinese required for this role, and immediate available candidates highly regarded.
