Our client is an Asian bank with business focuses around talent strategy and cultural transformation; an opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager / HR Business Partner to join and support a designated business unit of around 250 pax.
You will report into the Senior HR Manager and work closely with the designated business areas to develop and deliver people management objectives which supports the business' overall strategic aims and objectives. You will provide expert HR professional advice and support to business stakeholders and employees on all aspects of people issues, and at the same time adopt a 'hands-on' approach overseeing daily HR operational activities. You will coordinate HR policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance across all levels of workforce, enable line management to deliver effective HR strategies on recruitment, induction, performance management, reward management, communication, organisation change and planning. Ad hoc projects will be assigned.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in HR or relevant disciplines, with at least 8+ years all round experience within financial services sector. You'd come across a people-oriented person who can be a 'hands-on' HR practitioner also with strong business acumen and tactful communications skills partnering with business stakeholders. A stable career track record and proficiency in both English and Chinese will be required. Immediately available candidates highly regarded.
