Our client is a well-established family office in Hong Kong with a very diverse investment portfolio. They are now inviting a seasoned HR Generalist to join as the HR Manager (Head of HR role).
About The Role
Reporting into the Chief Operations and Finance Officer, you will manage a small HR team and support the family office's people matters ranging from recruitment and manpower planning, compensation review, developing reward and incentive plans, talent management and driving a strong corporate culture. This role is an all-round HR and hands-on position which you will involve in day-to-day issue/queries as well as more complex projects/initiatives.
To qualify, you will be a degree holder in Human Resources, Business Management or relevant disciplines, with 12+ years all-round HR experience acquired from sizeable MNCs or professional services firms. The right candidate will be a safe and experienced pair of hands who is willing to roll up the sleeves and get involved, at any level. Strong stakeholders management skills required for this role to ensure the HR programmes and initiatives remain effective, efficient and aligned to overall business objectives. Proficiency in both English and Chinese required for this role, and immediately available candidates highly regarded.
