About The Client
Our client is a modern and progressive membership club with growing brand awareness. They are now hiring an all-round HR Manager to join as part of the fantastic organisation.

About The Role
- Assistant all internal and external HR and employee-related matters
- Participate in developing organisational guidelines and procedures
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees
- Assist with recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contarcts
- Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff
- Manage the organisation's employee database and prepare reports
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Keep up to date with latest HR trends and best practices

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology or related discipline
- 8-10+ years of HR Generalist or Account Servicing experience from B2B servicing sector
- Deep understanding of labor law and employment regulations
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills
- Well-versed with HR functions and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Remarkable organisational and conflict management skills
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Immediate available highly regarded
