Our client is a renowned Education consultancy operator with various programs and curriculum targeted towards middle to high schoolers. To cope with the business expansion in the region, they are currently seeking for an all-rounded Human Resources Manager to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director, you will take lead and oversee the HR function. You are responsible for handling the full cycle of recruitment process including selection, screening, interviewing and provide advises remuneration proposal. Moreover, you are responsible for full spectrum of C&B including but not limited monthly payroll, MPF administration, taxation, insurance renewal and salary benchmarking as well as bonus review. In addition, you need to implement and modify HR policies and standard operation procedures. Finally, your participation is required in various HR related programs.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in HR Management or business-related disciplines, with a minimum of 15 years' working experience in HR. You should be enthusiastic and multitasking. You should have good communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office application is highly preferred. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required. Candidates with less experience will be considered as the Assistant HR Manager
