About the Client
Our client is a worldwide marketing research company. To facilitate the recent company restructure, they are now looking for a Recruitment Manager to join the dynamic team.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Director, you are responsible for the manpower planning and execution of different recruitment projects across Hong Kong and the APAC offices. You will source potential candidates through different platforms and channels. You will perform end-to-end recruitment and support the onboarding process for new talents. Lastly, you have to work closely with the Business Manager on the talent retention program and reduce the turnover rate of the employee.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 8 years relevant experience, preferably from sizable companies or multicultural environments. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In addition, you should be fast-paced and able to work under pressure. Proficiency in English, and Cantonese is a must. Immediate availability is preferred. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Manager, Recruitment.
