Our client is an industry leader within the logistic sector. To cope with their business expansion across Asia Pacific and Greater China, they are now seeking for an energetic individual to join the team as HR Manager focusing on recruitment.
About the Role
You will directly report to the Senior HR Manager, lead a sizable team of 12 and serve a population of 3000. You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process. You will work closely with the line managers and identify the hiring needs. Furthermore, you will review and enhance the recruitment policies and procedures. You will also conduct HR projects like recruitment day and job fair. Last but not least, you will handle ad-hoc duties as assigned and prepare HR reports for management review.
The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines. You need to have at least 6 to 8 years of solid recruitment experience including 3 years in a managerial role. Having worked in a labor intensive environment and industries such as logistics, FMCG or retail will be an advantage. You need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (including Mandarin) is a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
