About The Client
Our client is a retail bank headquartered in Hong Kong. They are now hiring a HR Manager to oversee the shared services function and licensing processes.
About The Role
Reporting into the Head of HR Shared Services, you will:
- Lead a small team of 2 to support on daily HR processes and procedures
- Consolidate HR reports and handle any enquiries from internal employees and external parties (HKMA and auditors)
- Facilitate onboarding processes including new joiner formalities and orientations
- Act as the approver for HR licensing processes (RIs, TRs, Sis)
- Streamline licensing procedures, HR operations and related policies
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- A degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- 5+ years of relevant HR Shared Services/ Employee Life Cycle Management/ HR licensing experience from Banking sector
- High attendion to detail, good numbers sensitivity; prior team supervisory experience highly regarded
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with short notice highly regarded
