About the Client
We are representing a well-known property developer with strong business presence in Hong Kong and China. Due to the business expansion, they are currently looking for an agile Human Resources Manager to join and lead the team.
About the Role
- Report to Head of Human Resources and supervising a team of 5
- Provide full spectrum of HR service including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, talent management and staff engagement
- Maintain close relationships with internal departments and business heads to make proactive and appropriate HR advisory
- Assist in HR projects such as budgeting and C&B projects from a group perspective
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks if required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of HRBP and/or generalist experience, preferably in property development or property management industries
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
