Our client is a forward-thinking retail bank, currently hiring for an all round and dynamic HR Generalist (with recruitment focus) to join as part of their HR team.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will assume an all round position inclusive of end-to-end recruitment, compensation & benefits, employer branding and talent development etc. You will work closely with business leaders and be the go-to person for all recruitment needs utilising different social media and recruitment tools. Ad hoc HR projects and other generalist duties will be assigned.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with a minimum of 8+ years HR experience acquired from retail banking setting. You will demonstrate a strong track record in end-to-end recruitment (HR Generalist exposure an advantage), and be familiar with local employment ordinance and retail banking HR practices. Candidates who can work independently with minimal supervision, and with a proactive and can-do attitude will help excel in this role. English, Mandarin and Cantonese will be required for this role, and immediate available candidates will be highly regarded.
