HR Manager (Business Partner Role) - Foreign Commercial Bank
About the Company
Our client is a Southeast Asian bank that has undergone M&A actions and is going through an exciting business transformation phrase. They are now looking for a solid HR Business Partner to help oversee a dedicated business unit, and to join as part of the management team to bring the company forward.
About the Role
Report into the Head of HR, you will be the 'go-to' person to the designated business, working closely with senior stakeholders in order to develop an HR agenda that supports the overall aims of the organisation and business needs. This is an all round position whereby you will assume duties across end-to-end recruitment, performance review, employee survey, talent reviews, salary benchmarking, organisation restructuring and investigation into any staff or performance issues.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with minimum 6+ year' experience from a dynamic financial services setting. You will welcome challenges with a proactive and 'can-do' attitude, also a proven track record as a solid business partner to business leaders. You will also demonstrate strong influencing and people-handling skills whilst a stable career track record will be highly regarded. Proficiency in Chinese and English will be essential for this role.
