About the Company
Our client is an international luxury fashion brand with a strong business portfolio in the region. With an ambitious expansion plan, they are now looking for a HR Officer to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide an all-rounded HR services, manage talent acquisition activities including advertise opportunities in appropriate venues such as inter / intranet, social media and work with recruitment agencies and headhunters. You will also support the delivery of various C&B programs such as salary bench-marking and personnel cost budgeting across the markets.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- At least 4 years' experience working in general human resources or talent acquisition
- A strong understanding of the local employment law in HK & Macau
- Exposure to Taiwan / Singapore / Australia employment law would be advantageous
- Proficient in excel and word
- Good personal organization and administration skills
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Complete fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
