About Our Client:
Our client is a multi-national retail group with over 60 years in selling luxury products. As part of the business expansion, they are currently hiring an HR Officer to handle full spectrum of HR duties for the APAC countries.
About The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you are the first focal point to manage the HR duties among other APAC offices. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR duties including but not limited to payroll calculation, MPF administration, tax return filing, leave management, annual remuneration review and staff benefits review. You will handle monthly HR reports and benefits analysis as appropriate. Besides, you will support recruitment logistics such as on-boarding and off-boarding, contract preparation, and business administration. Last but not least, you will handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in HR Management or business-related disciplines, with 3+ years' related working experience in sizeable companies. You should be approachable and able to develop good relationships with other staff. You should be detail-minded, flexible and have good communication skills. Having payroll experience and with good numerical sense will be a plus. Proficiency in MS Office application is highly preferred. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
