About Our Client
Our client is a leading Chinese-invested securities and financial services platform. They are currently hiring a C&B officer to join as part of the HR team.

About The Role
Reporting into the C&B lead, you will:

  • Perform C&B administrative duties including payroll and benefits administration, tax filing and other HR related services on a timely and accurate manner
  • Support the C&B lead on annual exercises such as compensation and benefits review, market survey and performance review
  • Support medical, life insurance and MPF enrollment, and liaise with external service providers as required
  • Maintain HR system and ensure the records are up to date
  • Compile monthly and quarterly HR reports for management's review
  • Prepare final payment and separation packages
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements
To qualify, you will have/ be:

  • A degree holder in HR management or a business related discipline
  • 3+ years of C&B experience inclusive of hands-on payroll operations and tax return preparation
  • Experience from Financial industry a plus
  • Experience in IPL highly preferred
  • Strong attention to details with quality output
  • A strong team player, self-motivated and organised
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese required
  • Immediately available will be an advantage
