Our client is a multi-national company with over 70 years of excellent track record of manufacturing electronic products. As part of the business expansion, they are currently seeking an energetic professional to join the team as the C&B Officer.
About The Role
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of C&B operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, MPF administration, tax return filing, leave management, annual remuneration review and staff benefits review. You will handle monthly HR reports and benefits analysis as appropriate. Besides, you will participate in C&B projects and exercises such as annual budget preparation, salary review and bonus cycle. Last but not least, you will handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should have Diploma or above in HR Management or business related disciplines, with 3+ years' related working experience in sizeable companies. You should be approachable and able to develop good relation with other staff. You should be detail-minded, flexible and have good communication skills. Having payroll experience by SAP is a must. Proficiency in MS Office application is highly preferred. A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
