About Our Client
Our client is a growing retail business with around 150 pax in Hong Kong. As part of business expansion, they are looking for a self-driven and energetic HR officer to join. This is a HR Generalist role with focus around C&B admin and payroll calculation.
About The Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will assume an all round generalist role including recruitment support, and full spectrum of C&B operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, MPF administration, tax return filing, leave management, annual remuneration review and staff benefits review. You will handle monthly HR reports and benefits analysis as appropriate and also participate in C&B projects and exercises such as annual budget preparation, salary review and bonus cycle. You will also assist in HRIS and employee self-service implementation, and UAT testing, and maintain accurate staff information and records in HR filing system.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated in HR or relevant disciplines, with 3+ years' experience working as a HR Generalist with focus on C&B function. Experience in HRIS implementation will be a definite advantage. You will be confident taking up the payroll function independently and ensure utmost accuracy, also well versed in HK labour ordinance and with command using Microsoft Excel. Good numerical sense and attentive to details will be key to excel in this role. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese required, and immediate available candidates ideal.
