HR Officer - Payroll (Urgent!)
About the Company
Our client is a market leader in fibre-optic network and telecommunication sector. Due to business expansion, they are now seeking for an energetic individual to join the team as HR Officer
About the Role
You will directly report to the C&B Manager, cooperate with a small team and serve a sizeable population. You will handle monthly payroll calculation, MPF, tax, insurance and final payment. You will work closely with payroll vendors for overseas payrolls calculations. You will ensure the payroll process and services quality are delivered with high accuracy and in timely manner. You will also assist in reviewing and enhancing the C&B policies and procedures. Last but not least, you will handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
You should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant majors. You should have at least 4 years of solid payroll experience gained from sizeable companies and industries such as telecommunication or retail is preferred. You need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You should be detail-minded and able to work under pressure. Fluency in written and spoken in English and Chinese is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
