About the Client
Our client is one of the subsidiaries under the umbrella of a renowned listed company. Due to the continuous growth, they are now looking for an HR Officer to join the Recruitment Team.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, You are responsible for handling the full cycle of the entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and assisting in remuneration proposal. You will recruit both frontline and back office staff. Besides, you will need to organize regular employee engagement campaigns and annual staff activities to maintain a good staff relationship. On top of which, daily HR administration duties and ad hoc projects will be assigned.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 3 years experience in the HR field, preferably gained in sizeable companies. Having strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In addition, you should be optimistic, energetic and be able to influence people. Proficiency in MS Office application and with knowledge in SAP/Success Factor is highly preferred. A good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin are required, and immediately available candidates are ideal.
