Our client is an industry leader in the professional services sector. Due to business expansion, they are now seeking for a passionate candidate to join the team as HR Officer, focusing on recruitment.
About the Role
You will report to the HR Business Partner and serve a population of 400. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. You will liaise with department heads and identify the hiring needs. You will organize events such as recruitment day and participate in the job fairs. You will also prepare headcount and movement reports. Last but not least, you will handle any ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines. You need to have at least 2-3 years of solid recruitment experience. Having worked in professional services company with regional exposure will be an advantage. You need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
