About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for resolving any people issues within workspace. You will need to organize staff activities and employee engagement campaigns to facilitate staff communication. You need to maintain a good relationship between supervisors and the corresponding subordinates. Last but not least, you will take part in daily HR administration duties and ad hoc projects will be assigned.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 4 years experience in the HR field. Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In addition, you should be optimistic, energetic and be able to influence people. A high level of sensitivity and alertness are required. Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
