Our client is a multinational construction solutions leader, they are looking for a passionate HR officer to support recruitment and HR business partnering.
About the Role
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from job posting, exploring sourcing channels, shortlisting, interview & assessment, to offering and negotiating salary package
- Responsible for staff retention, performance management and staff movement matters
- Working as a trusted HR partner and build positive stakeholders relationship with business managers
- Assist the HR manager on employer branding initiatives
- Compiling HR reports for management review
- Assist in any HR related tasks if required
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With a minimum of 3 years of experience in Recruitment, preferably from MNC
- Proven track record on identifying and hiring talent in sales, operation and technical functions would be ideal
- Self-motivated, passionate and with good attitude
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
