Our client is one of the sizeable commercial banks, currently hiring a Secretary for the HR team, and would report and work closely with the Chief HR Officer.
About The Role
Reporting into the Chief HR Officer, you will perform all secretarial functions necessary to assist the Chief HR Officer and the HR team, including but not limited to recruitment and interview coordination, ensuring effective and effective office operations, and also updating and maintaining HR reports and files as required. You will also help prepare PowerPoint presentations, sit in meetings with Chief HR Officer, take minutes, and support with calendar management and initiate follow up actions.
The ideal candidate will be a holder of High Diploma or above in Business Administration, Secretarial or relevant disciplines; with minimum 6+ years prior experience acquired from banking sector and serving HR team(s); also someone highly skilled in organising, typing and multi-tasking, as well as someone trustworthy and sensitive to details especially around handling highly confidential information within Human Resources team. Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese required for this role, and immediate available candidates will be highly regarded.
