Responsibilities
- Report to Human Resources Manager
- Handle data entry, filing, and daily operation of the HR department
- Mainly focus on Operation and Compensation and Benefits, including but not limited to payroll, employees' compensations, MPF and benefits administrations, taxation, attendance and leave management and other C&B-related matters
- Review, update and implement HR policies and procedures
- Support and handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
Requirements
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in the Human resources
- Familiar with Employment Ordinance and related employment legislation and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Hands-on experience with HR databases and Microsoft Office, including MS Excel and MS Word
- Immediate availability is preferable
