About Our Client
Our client is a international luxury fashion & accessories brand. Due to the business expansion, they are currently looking for a HRBP to support the retail business unit.
About the Role
- Dual report to Retail Director and HR Director
- Provide full spectrum of HR service including but not limited to recruitment, on/off boarding, staff movement, performance management and engagement
- Compiling HR reports on weekly and monthly basis
- Work closely with Retail team on manpower planning and staff cost budgeting
- Support C&B operation such as payroll consolidation, MPF, leave management and incentive scheme review
- Assist in any adhoc tasks if required
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience of HRBP and/or recruitment experience in retail industry
- Independent, proactive and with strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent stakeholder's management and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel and Words)
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
