Our client is a global tech company focusing in innovative IT software solution. They are looking for someone who is young and energetic to join the family as the HRBP. This is a one man band position targeting at candidate with experience working for SMEs.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will assume an independent role and perform full spectrum of HR duties. You are responsible for the implementation of global initiatives in the region which are aligned with the organisation's strategy, initiatives and culture. You will involve in the training and education of staff and help with resolving any people issues within the workplace. A major part of this role will be around planning and organising employee engagement campaigns to enhance staff communication within the company, and to ensure employee relations risk is effectively managed. On top of which, daily HR administration duties and ad hoc projects will be assigned.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 6 years experience in the HR field. Having a strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In addition, you should be optimistic, energetic and be able to influence people. A high level of sensitivity and alertness are required. Proficiency in English, and Cantonese is a must.
