About our Client

Our client is a professional firm with businesses across the globe. They are currently hiring an APAC HRIS Lead to support upcomin HR System transformation process. This position will report to the Global HRIS Head and require experience in Oracle and dealing with senior stakeholders.

About the Role

  • Leading a Team of 2, manage and deliver HRIS projects that support the overall HR and HRIS strategies;
  • Inspire and lead the regional HRIS team; provide coaching, mentoring and development; manage day to day performance;
  • Ensure HRIS governance approach and change control process framework are fully embedded in the new ways of working
  • Develop and maintain regional data governance of HR master data and supporting business processes; provide oversight to ensure proper protocols are in place that govern data quality;
  • Provide oversight to the support end-user; provide clarity to the HRIS team to ensure that requests are assessed, prioritised, planned and executed; ensure incident resolution is delivered, including communication to end-users and any update to documentation required
  • Work closely with HR functional leads, HR Business Partners and People Services to gather business requirements and/or improvement or optimisation recommendations for Oracle on a regular basis
  • Streamline end-to-end processes; act as a transformation agent responsible for ensuring the continued improvement of HR service delivery; directs change management initiatives by developing awareness, understanding, ownership, and accountability for change

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 10+ years-experience in HRIS and preferably from sizable MNCs
  • Experience in HRIS implentation on regional scale and building roadmaps that align to global HR priorities
  • Experience with Oracle is a must
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, stakeholder and project management skills
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
