About The Client
Our client is a well-established commercial Bank in Hong Kong, they are now looking for HRIS Project Manger with 5+ years relevant experience in financial service sector to join their team.
About the role
- Negotiate with various stakeholders on the implementation of HR projects and system initiatives
- Act as the centre of expertise for all HR system related issues
- Responsible for HRIS initiatives and projects
- Review HR processes and coordinate with IT Department
- Provide support and handle system issues as required
- Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements
- University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' solid experience from banking industry
- Experience with HRIS and Peoplesoft is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills with knowledge in HR process
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with a self-driven personality and "can-do" attitude
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediately available is preferred
