Responsibilities
- Assist in launching new HR system
- Liaise with local vendor to update the system implementation and maintenance
- Prepare training materials of the new HR system
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities
- Provide support to other ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Associate degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related discipline
- 1 year or above related experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment process and Employment Ordinance
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Advance Excel knowledge
