About the Client
Our client is a sizable and well-established corporation within the Financial Services sector. They are now looking to strengthen their HR Team and bring on a passionate and strategic talent as Human Resources Business Partner.
About the role
- Develop a strategic vision for sourcing talents in an efficient and timely manner to meet the on-going needs of the organization
- Use experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement and talent analytics
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business
- Provide strategic and day to day leadership to drive the delivery of the business' HR plans
- Combine a range of data with personal experience to develop insight into given business areas, its customers and the external context it operates within
- Assist in the articulation of the values and culture of the organization
- Assist in building strong talent pipelines
- Supporting and influencing digital marketing for recruitment and attraction
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 8-10 years business partnering experience gained in sizeable organizations in Banking, Professional Services or Financial Services sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Proficient in both written and spoken English is a MUST
