About Our Client
Our client is a listed service provider with strong business presence in Hong Kong & China. They are looking for a seasoned HRBP to join and strengthen the HR team, in order to attain company goal.
About the Role
- Lead the team and manage all-round HR activities such as talent acquisition, performance management, C&B and employee relations in Hong Kong
- Act as an account manager for dedicated business unit and handle all staff work-related enquiries
- Prepare and monitor the implementation of the operation plan for all HR activities
- Provide constructive advice and market insights to senior management and related business unit(s)
- Conduct review on existing HR procedures and policies to cope with business needs
- Engage ad hoc assignment if required
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- 5-10 years' HRBP and/ or HR account servicing experience in sizeable companies
- Dynamic, flexible and down-to-earth
- Strong can-do attitude and presentable
- Excellent stakeholders management skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
