About Our Client
Our client is a reputable restaurant group with strong presence and continuous expansion in Asia Pacific. They are currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Hong Kong.
About the Role
While reporting to the Business Head, you will:
- Lead the team and provide constructive HR advice to group management and business head including but not limited to manpower planning, talent acquisition strategies advisory, handling staff cases and staff retention
- Prepare and monitor the implementation of the operation plan for all HR activities
- Conduct review and update on existing HR policies to ensure smooth business operation
- Act as an account manager for dedicated business unit and handle all staff work-related enquiries
- Engage ad hoc assignment if required
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Business, Human Resources or related discipline
- With 10+ years' HRBP experience in sizeable company, ideally from F&B, retail or FMCG industries
- Strong business acumen and consulting ability
- Self-motivated with strong presentation and problem solving skills
- Excellent stakeholders management skills
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
