About The Client
Our client a sizeable multinational corporation with their APAC Headquarters in Hong Kong. As part of the business growth strategy, they are hiring an HR Center of Excellence Lead, to support with upcoming HR transformation projects inclusive of setting up a HR shared services center.

About The Role
- Overall accountability for the design & implementation of high-quality HR projects, processes and services
- Ensure the integration of HR solutions across business units and HR business partners
- Prepare and present specific strategies for learning & development and performance management
- Develop and maintain strategies aiming at performance improvement of individuals and increase a high-performnce working culture in place
- Lead the development of HR service level agreements with business units
- Create and present business cases for the initiation of projects designed to increase internal customer satisfaction with HR initiatives, processes and services. This includes budgeting and project planning and tracking
- Provide thorough leadership and best practice HR expertise to the entire organisation
- Define annual HR strategy, process cycle and dates including performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, annual salary reviews, etc.
- Oversee the design and implementation of organsiation strategy
- overall accountability for HR policies & procedures and alignment
- Ensure adequate testing and piloting of HR solutions before rolling out
- Ownership of change management intiaitives on behalf of the HR department
- Present HR consultancy to business units at a high level of professionalism
- Collaborates with HRBPs to ensure the application of HR processes and practices in a standardised way

Requirements
- At least 10 years of HR experience including the set up of HR CoE / HRSS function
- Experience from multinational corporation which had undergone huge HR restructuring
- Strong project management and HR service delivery expertise
- Strong stakeholders management and intersonal skills
- Experience in communicating ideas and information through written proposals, reports and presenting these to top management
- Ability to evaluate current processes, challenges and provide sound solutions, and cultivates a culture of continuous improvement
- International flair, proficiency in English and Chinese an advantage
