About the Company

Our client is an international consumer brand with global presence. Due to continuous expansion in Asia, they are looking to recruit a high calibre individual to join their team in Hong Kong as HR Director to take care of the APAC region.


About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a team in the region, you will act as a trusted business partner to provide strategic planning and professional advice to leadership teams and key stakeholders in alignment to company objectives. You will provide full spectrum of HR support in the following areas including but not limited to talent acquisition, performance management, C&B, employee relations and training & development across 10+ regions in APAC. To cope with the growing business, you will work closely with the senior stakeholders and understand their challenges and expectation, you will provide solutions in terms of talent management and talent development to meet the business goals. You will be leading the transformation of HR policies and procedures as well as delivering the global HR agenda across the local market in the regions.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you should be a degree holder in HR Management or other relevant discipline. Minimum 15 years of solid HR experience on a regional level with 10 years in a managerial position is preferred. Prior HR generalist or HR business partner experiences gained from multinational or sizeable companies is a must. Track record in building trust-worthy relationship with strong communication and people management is essential. You should be a self-motivator with strong analytical skills, multi-tasking ability, well-organised and flexible to work in fast paced environments. Complete fluency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) will be required.
