Our client is a renowned real estate company with different business in Hong Kong. As part of the business expansion, they are currently seeking a Recruitment Manager to join the company.
About The Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will suggest different strategies for recruitment and retention projects. You are responsible for the whole recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting remuneration proposals. Moreover, you will handle the staff movement and promotion as well as to work closely with the Business Managers on the talent retention programme and reduce the turnover rate of the employee. Last but not least, you will participate in various HR initiatives, development programs and different kinds of recruitment activities.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in HR Management or business related disciplines, with a minimum of 8 years working experience in Human Resources. Having hands-on recruitment experience in sizeable companies is preferred. You should be independent and multi-tasking. Proficiency in MS Office application is highly preferred. A good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin are required. Immediately Available Candidate is preferred.
