About the Client
Our client is a one of the largest service provider headquartered in Hong Kong. Due to recent expansions, they are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Human Resources Manager.
About the role
- Plan and implement human resources functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefit management, training and development, performance management and employee relations to align company policies & goals
- Concerning the local legislation requirements, review, develop and implement HR policies and programs
- Work as Business Partner and provide professional HR advice to local market head
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop a people agenda that aligns to and support the overall strategic objectives of the organization
- Lead C&B team on HRIS system-related projects of enhancement and upgrade
- Support Regional programs and ad hoc projects as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience gained in sizeable organizations specializing in compensation & benefits including payroll processing
- Hands on experience in handling annual C&B exercises
- Numerically sensitive and familiar in usage of HR systems
- Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills is needed
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
