About Our Client:
Our client is a renowned supply chain group with headquarter in Hong Kong. As part of the business expansion, they are currently seeking a seasoned HR Manager to join and lead the HR team.
About The Role
Reporting to the Group HR, you are responsible for the full spectrum of HR matters. You will handle the end-to-end employee cycle such as sourcing, screening, offering and onboarding as well as offboarding. Besides, you will conduct market surveys, salary benchmarking and bonus reviews. You will play an important roles in HR policy & procedure development, employee relation and system implementation. In addition, you will build strong relationships with operation department and act as a trusted business partner to make sure the HR practice are aligned with the group. Last but not least, you will work on talent programs and succession planning for the company's future development.
The Succession Applicants:
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in HR Management or business related disciplines, with a minimum of 10 years' hands-on working experience in HR. Having experience in the FMCG/Supply Chains is preferred. You should have good communication, multitasking and problem-solving skills. A good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin is required. Applicants with less experience will be consider as Assistant HR Manager.
