About the client
Our client is a FMCG company with global presence. Due to recent expansions, they are now seeking for a passionate individual to join them as the Human Resources Officer - Generalist.
About the role
- Provide a full spectrum of HR generalist duties including but not limited to talent acquisition, C&B and other HR related tasks
- Assist end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, conducting interviews and staff on-boarding
- Ensure HR policies & practices are compliant with statutory requirements
- Provide supervision on general administrator duties
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a HR generalist
- Prior HR experience gained from MNC is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and result-oriented
- Able to work independently while meeting tight deadlines
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
