About our Client
Our client is a sizable retail company with multi-brands and strong presence in Hong Kong and China. They are currently looking for a Human Resources Officer to join and support their HRBP team.
About the Role
- Work closely with other departments to support all rounded of HR services, including talent acquisition, on boarding and off boarding procedures, manpower planning, staff cases, C&B duties, ER activities
- Provide administrative support to the HRBP team such as reports and contract preparation, e-filing and maintain all related data up-to-date
- Responsible for talent acquisition support process for assigned position and conduct site visit to retail stores on regular basis
- Assist in organising recruitment activities to strengthen employer branding
- Assist in any ad-hoc assignments if required
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- 2 years of experience in full spectrum of HR work, preferably from sizable companies
- Passionate candidate with strong career aspiration
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Welcome for fresh graduates
- Immediately available is highly preferred
