About the Client
Our client is a well-established corporation within the environmental service sector. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for a passionate individual to join their HR team as a Human Resources Officer (Talent Acquisition focus).
About the Role
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection lifecycle mainly for corporate staff, from job brief to go-to market attraction campaigns, interviewing, pre-employment checks, contract generation and post hire candidate care
- Utilise a full suite of recruiting tools such as social media, database search and job board platforms to identify the potential talent
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure a smooth, timely and cost-effective recruitment process
- Carry out all the administrative duties in the recruitment process
- Handle ad hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with a major in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, and other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with hands-on experience in the talent acquisition/recruitment role
- Multi-tasking, Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Able to work with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
